Booking Conditions:
All bookings are made subject to the following conditions.
The party leader is asked to sign to confirm that he/she has read the conditions
on the Holiday Lease Agreement.
The party leader is responsible for all others in the group and for ensuring
that they adhere to the conditions given below:
• We will hold a provisional booking for 2 weeks after
our first contact by mail or by phone until we have received your signed
contract along with a 100€ deposit. We will then
send you confirmation of your booking. This deposit is used to secure your
booking and is not refundable.
• The outstanding
balance, together with damage deposit of £150
must be paid on arrival , as well as the local holiday tax of 0,85€ per person per night over 18 Years of age.
• If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel
a booking we will attempt to find equivalent accommodation in Saumur or
the area that is acceptable to the client. In the event we cannot provide
acceptable alternative accommodation we will return all payments and deposit
made by the client.
• Please inform us of any breakages or damage so that
we can have time to make replacements or repairs in order to be ready for
the next clients. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damage
from the deposit. This is refunded in full during the month following
the end of your stay.
• We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage
to clients' personal possessions or vehicles nor for problems arising with
travel arrangements. It is therefore advisable to insure your holiday against
such unforeseen circumstances.
• It is agreed that the gîte will be made available
to clients at 4 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask clients to vacate the premises in the
condition found on arrival 11:00 am.

• The cost of your holiday is agreed at the time of
booking based on the advertised price and this price includes gas, electricity,
bed-linen and towels.
• There is no smoking permitted inside the Townhouses.
Clients smoking outside are asked to put their cigarettes in the container
provided on the Terrace.
