Le Rosaire:
The Rosaire is a town house built in the 18th century and made of tuffeau
stone (sandy stone taken from the nearby cliffs). Le Rosaire was used as a warehouse
for local produce because of its proximity to the River Loire just 25 metres
away.
The house has just been totally rebuilt and refurnished in a modern, bright
and lovely manner, with additional insulation and light, large windows opening
onto a private terrace.
It is a luxurious and romantic holiday for couples!
The ground floor has a large living area (25m2) with television, video, comfortable
sofa, 2 low armless chairs. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with micro-wave
oven, electric hob, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, blender, electric wok and a table and chairs for 4 people.
French windows lead you onto a 10m2 terrace with electric barbecue, table,
chairs, bench and a parasol.
From the lounge, a spiral staircase leads you to the main bedroom which may
be set out as a twin or double room with a maximum bed size of 180cm x 190 cm
complete with comfortable mattresses, anti-allergenic pillows and quilts. There
is also an en suite shower room complete with toilet and sink.
A ground floor utility room in le Fenêt incorporates a washing machine
which both Townhouses can use.
The Rosaire overlooks some troglodyte caves cut into the nearby cliff.
The rental price includs a private garage,heating, water, bed linen, towels, tea towels and napkins.

Animals are welcome in le Rosaire at no extra cost.
